  1. Vancouver developed as result of a system of Streetcars and railways. Broadway Plan and Vancouver Plan are opposite as there is some hope that Transportation will be provided, instead of first proposing and implementing a better Transportation system first.

  2. Many CoV as well as regional plans( MVRD ,TransLink) and suburban cities OCPs were FastTrack before the civic election.

    All these 2050 plans are flawed and not progressive.

    The BC govt support these bad plans. ( Mostley because they do not ask for too much money from the BC govt)

    There must be a better way.

  4. Excellent synopsis of outfall/consequences of these two Plans should they actually “become the future of this city”, something we should all strive to prevent. What is so disturbing is that this future, as would be dictated by these plans, is entirely unnecessary.
