The second and final Open House for the 2015-2018 Capital Plan will be held at the Downtown Branch of the Vancouver Public Library on September 4th, from 11am to 4pm. VPL downtown is located at 350 West Georgia.
The survey from the first Open House is available in this PDF document. The questionnaire can either be filled out at the Open House, or it can be dropped off at City Hall by September 7th. - Staff presentation (to evaluate proposed upcoming projects, pages 36-37 reproduced below)
