About 120 people attended the CityHallWatch public forum on extremely tall buildings at the Vancouver Public Library, including the public, councillors, media, developers, planners and academics. There was a good discussion. A report will be issued in due course. The biggest surprise was an announcement at the end by Vancouver’s Director of Planning that the City would hold a “question and answer” meeting before Jan 20 on this topic.
