The Charleson Tower: Is it a feature or a blight on the Vancouver skyline?

Is the Charleson Tower a feature or a blight on the Vancouver skyline? That’s a question we posed question on twitter a few days ago. The Charleson is located at 499 Pacific Street and 1396 Richards Street. The CD-1 zoning for the site allows for a height of 127.4m (418 ft) and a FSR of 8.87.
