Jane’s Walks in Vancouver this weekend (May 5, 6, 7): Citizen-led walking tours towards community-based city building

Janes Walk image Vancouver 2017Jane’s Walk 2017 is on May 5, 6, and 7!

Whether the conversation is about art, architecture, soundscapes, diversity, history, nature, technology, cuisine or culture, every one of Vancouver’s transforming neighborhoods has a story to tell.

Jane’s Walks are lively discussions on legs led by volunteers and free of charge for all.
Join a Jane’s Walk to contribute to a city-wide dialogue about what our city needs and where it is headed.

Jane’s Walks are planned all over the Lower Mainland, and around the world. Below is a list of all walks in Vancouver, but please visit the Jane’s Walk Vancouver page for the full selection and details of walks this year:

As an example, below are two items organized by leader Adam Fitch. One is a walking tour of a section of the Arbutus Greenway, and the other is a cycling tour of a section of the proposed LRT along the south shore of False Creek.
