Joyce-Collingwood Station Precinct Review Workshop June 20, 2015

Collingwood

The City of Vancouver is in the process of reviewing the Joyce-Collingwood Station Precinct. The review includes looking at density, transportation and built form. The City has scheduled a two workshops on Saturday, June 20, 2015, at the following times:

Both of the workshops will be held at 5288 Joyce Street (Collingwood Neighbourhood House). Feedback is also possible via an online survey that will be open until July 3, 2015.

Further information on the Precinct Review can be found on the City’s website. It’s worth noting that while there is a link to the 2004 CityPlan Community Vision for Renfrew-Collingwood, the City appears to be highlighting the 1987 Joyce Station Area Plan Summary and the Transportation 2040 Plan. The City’s information panels make no mention of the Community Vision from 2004. TransLink is also in the process of further expanding and upgrading the Joyce-Collingwood Skytrain Station.
