Snapshot of development applications, 1-April-2015

Development Application Info Sign

As a free public service we take a monthly snapshot of the Development Applications listed on the City of Vancouver website. Our count of “DE” numbers for April, 2015 shows 202 items listed (significantly up, from 171 items on March 1 and 152 on  February 2). Of the total, 9 are “concurrent with rezoning,” which probably means they are being fast-tracked under Rental 100. Some may have also had a change of address.

(We also take rezoning application snapshots. Search for “rezoning” and “snapshot” in the CityHallWatch search field.) The following information is simply copied as text from the City’s site. Many links will stop working over time. For current list click http://former.vancouver.ca/devapps/.

  1. Like said before all new condos and apartments one bedrooms must not less than 900 sq ft must include 1.5 bathrooms with bathtub in one, shower in the other, washer and dryer must be standard or roughed in connections, we turn down all units designed by this Chinese Architect, this are copies of what he designed in HK I forgot his name be his designs must be approved in BC period unless he changes his designs and tell these developers like Concord Pacific
