As a free public service we take a monthly snapshot of Rezoning Applications listed on the City of Vancouver website. Below is the snapshot from April 1, 2015. Listed here are 36 “proposed” (same 36 in March), 43 “approved” (up from 26 in March), 3 “enacted” (same as 3 in March), 3 “open houses” mentioned (versus 1 in March), and 2 “public hearings” mentioned (versus 8 in March).

Rezoning Applications

The following is a list of active rezoning applications, with their current status.

    • Proposed: A rezoning application has been submitted to the City for consideration.
    • Approved: A rezoning application has been approved in principle by Council at a Public Hearing.
    • Enacted: A rezoning application has received final approval by Council and the related zoning by-laws have come into force.

How many have been designed by these HK designers that give us the Hong Kong Shit Boxes I know I lived in HK for short period, must limited sq. ft. of 900 sq. ft. for 1 bedroom in Vancouver including apartment with 1.5 bathrooms, tub in one, shower in the other, washer and dryer must be standard equipment in every and all units, common laundry must be terminated
