An open house will be held on October 17 by developer Concert Properties for this major development in the Southeast False Creek (SEFC) Official Development Plan (ODP) to permit this neighbourhood development:
- five residential buildings consisting of one 18-storey building, two 15-storey buildings, one 14-storey building, and one 12-storey building; (one tower is to be owned by the City of Vancouver)
- a total floor area of 58,020 m² (624,522 sq. ft.) including 48,272 m² (519,595 sq. ft.) of market residential in four buildings and 9,748 m² (104,927 sq. ft.) of non-market “affordable” rental floor area
- a waterfront park, greenway/bikeway paths, an internal street network.

The application is to rezone areas 3A and 3B from M-2 to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. You can provide comments by filling out the online feedback form.
The proposed 18-storey tower (53.35m) is higher than the height anticipated for the area. The current SEFC official development plan only allows buildings of up to 44.35m (with top two floors as penthouse storeys above 38.1m):
