The site at 4533-4591 Cambie Street and 510 West 29th Avenue is a consolidated city block consisting of 7 lots.
The proponent Intergulf Development Group wishes to construct 3 buildings on this site. This property is located across the street from QE Park on Cambie and the zoning falls under the Cambie Corridor Plan approved by Vision Vancouver council members on May 9, 2011 (opposed by COPE & NPA councillors).
